We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process, regions we serve, delivery times, tracking, and more.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday), after your payment is successfully received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery windows:

These are estimated delivery times provided by our suppliers and shipping carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, local postal service performance, or severe weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days from placing your order, please contact us at info@ukluxe.nl with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at info@ukluxe.nl so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@ukluxe.nl with your order number. We will contact our suppliers and carriers to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please understand that delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to support you.
Partial Shipments
Some products may ship separately if they come from different suppliers or warehouses. You may receive separate tracking numbers and packages for a single order at no extra cost.
